Delivery and Returns

At Green & Frederick we take pride in the fact that our delivery and return procedures are secure, efficient and flexible.

All items are dispatched by Special Delivery via the Royal Mail and are presented in a Green & Frederick jewellery pouch, specially designed for storage and travel.

If the item is a gift, presentation boxes are also available and we ask that you include your request for a presentation box when placing your order.

UK Deliveries
All Green & Frederick purchases arrive Special Delivery via the Royal Mail before 12:00 noon. If an item you have purchased is immediately available, we are happy to provide an express overnight delivery service at an extra cost of £5.00.

For Non UK Deliveries Green & Frederick are happy to arrange shipment free of charge and simply pass on the cost of the courier service. Edward - is this the correct wording?

Overseas clientele can choose from the following forms of delivery:

• UPS - £40. This service is trackable and fully insured and therefore advisable for more expensive items.
• Royal Mail - £10. This service is non-trackable and non-insurable.

Green & Frederick are so confident in the quality of our jewellery that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Green & Frederick purchase, we are happy to offer An Exchange or Full Refund Within Fourteen Days of Receipt.

In order to comply with our exchange and refund policy we make the following requests:

1. That the items have not been worn
2. That the item is returned in its original packaging
