Q: Can Green & Frederick create a piece from my own design?

A: By all means. Green & Frederick are happy to create a replica of a design you like, or alternatively replicate an item of your own jewellery to wear when travelling. Our master craftsmen are also happy to create an original design from your own drawing or sketch

Q: How will my jewellery be presented?

A: All items are dispatched by Special Delivery via the Royal Mail and are presented in a dark green, Green & Frederick jewellery pouch, specially designed for storage and travel.

If the item is a gift, presentation boxes are also available, and we ask that you include your request for a presentation box when placing your order.


Q: How do I clean and care for my jewellery?

A: Jewellery looks at its best when clean and as all our jewellery is designed to be worn on a frequent basis we recommend that your jewellery be cleaned on a regular basis.
Your Pearls

To ensure that your pearls retain their colour and lustre we have a few helpful suggestions:

1.To avoid marks and damage always keep your pearls in their soft cloth Green & Frederick jewellery pouch.

2.Protect your pearls from perfumes, hairsprays and body lotions. Always apply perfumes and hairsprays first, allowing them to dry fully
before wearing your pearls, as the alcohol in perfume will strip the pearls of their lustre and hairspray will make them dull.
Your Gems

To ensure that the stones in your jewellery retain their clarity of colour and fire, we are pleased to offer a battery operated two speed cleaning machine from the United States.

The Blitz ® Ultra II Jewellery Cleaning Machine is perfect for travel, and the kit, complete with full instructions, comes with 1fl.oz. of the Gem and Jewellery Cleaner Concentrate and a jewellery basket and brush. Refills are available separately.

The Blitz ® Jewellery Care Travel Kit featuring three 2fl.oz. travel sprays and a special Jewellery Care Cloth.

The Blitz ® Jewellery Care Cloth is also available on its own.

Q: How do I make my payment?

Online

When making your Green & Frederick purchase online you will be asked to go through our Registration procedure, where you will be taken to a secured page, and asked to provide your credit card and delivery details. These details will then be encrypted in our computer, not once, but twice, for extra Security.

The process is completely secure, very easy to follow, and you will be
assisted with online prompts through the entire procedure.

Q: Which Credit Cards do you accept?

A: For your convenience Green & Frederick are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch.


Q: Is it safe to us my Credit Card online?

A: Completely. At Green & Frederick we use the industry's current standard method of protecting the information you pass on  SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

Q: Why does it take up to 28 days to deliver my order?

A: Because many Green & Frederick pieces are created individually to your personal specifications, we require up to 28 days to create each piece and ensure its secure delivery to you.

However, many of our "Classic" lines are kept in stock at all times. If we have an item you have purchased immediately available, we are happy to provide an express overnight delivery service at an extra cost of £5.00.


Q: What if I want to return an item? Green & Frederick are so confident in the quality of our jewellery that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Green & Frederick purchase, we are happy to offer An Exchange or Full Refund Within Fourteen Days of Receipt.

A: In order to comply with our exchange and refund policy we make the following requests:

1. That the items have not been worn
2. That the item is returned in its original packaging
