Green & Frederick are so confident in the quality of our jewellery that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or, if it is damaged or unsatisfactory in any way, provided the item has not been worn and is in its original packaging, we offer An Exchange or Full Refund Within Fourteen Days.

Every item of jewellery is dispatched by Special Delivery via the Royal Mail
and is presented in a Green & Frederick jewellery pouch, specially designed for storage and travel.

If the item is a gift, presentation boxes are also available and we ask that you include your request for a presentation box when placing your order.
